1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to HeyHelpy! These Legal Policies govern your access to and use of the HeyHelpy mobile application and platform operated by HeyHelpy, Inc. By downloading, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these policies in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these policies, you may not access or use the platform.

HeyHelpy is a technology platform that connects families seeking tutoring services ("Parents" or "Students") with independent tutoring professionals who can provide educational services ("Tutors"). Our platform facilitates the connection between families and tutors, and provides tools for session booking, communication, scheduling, academic progress tracking, and secure payment processing through Stripe.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

Availability and scheduling preferences
Tutoring rates and pricing structure
Which students and subjects to accept
Educational materials and learning resources

Each tutor is responsible for their own taxes, professional insurance, educational licenses, and compliance with applicable laws.

6. Payment Processing & Financial Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
HeyHelpy does not store credit card information
Payment disputes are handled through our platform support
Refunds are processed according to our Cancellation Policy

6.2 Platform Fees
